Quinity is an organization that aims to nurture and better equip young talents, to present their ability to the field of technology.

Quinity supports the discovery of young potential management talents., as the Organization believes that age should not restrict teenagers from further developing their interests. Thus, Quinity's management team is mostly composed of high school and university students. Most joined Quinity as a volunteer, to better equip themselves by gaining vulnerable experiences that benefit their future career, as well as to display the potential they have in their fields. Quinity strives to provide a healthy, competitive esports atmosphere by presenting thrilling esports tournaments while providing an enjoyable in-game experience. The Organization acts as a medium for content creators in Asia to gain popularity and exposure by presenting cross-industries platforms to shine.

With 'WE UNITE, WE ACHIEVE' as the principle of Quinity., the Organization pledges to unite young esports players, young content creators and young management talents to achieve the impossible.

Quinity 深信，一個人的能力，不受年齡的限制。因此， Quinity不斷發掘有潛力的年輕人才，甚或乎本組織的領導、管理團隊、皆由高中生和大學生組成。大部份人以義工資身份加入Quinity，為的是得到深造他們的天賦與能力的機會的同時，大展自身各方面的興趣。Quinity的願景為，透過舉辦各色的電子競技比賽， 為社會呈現一個健康、但同時富有競爭性的電子競技氛圍。Quinity為亞洲年輕人提供一個跨行業平台，幫助推動亞洲內容創作者的聲譽和知名度。以 “WE UNITE, WE ACHIEVE” 為Quinity之宗旨，本組織誓要團結眾年輕的電競選手、內容創作者及管理人才，攜手實現一切不可能。
